Implied Odds - To take the pot odds concept

- Same as big blind but live means the big blind bettor has the option of

On - The best opponent, one who plays fast, has a lot of money,
and is a poor player Lock - A hand that cannot be beaten. Also called the

- To make a pair with one hole card and the middle card on the
flop Miscall - When a player makes an incorrect verbal declaration of the
ranking of a hand Misdeal - A hand that was dealt incorrectly and must be
reshuffled a dealt again Missed
Blind - When a player is obligated to post a
blind and does not do it Muck - The pile of discarded face down hands in
front of the dealer. Or to describe the act of a player folding (Throw their
cards into the muck) Nickel - Another word for 5 dollar chip No
Limit - A
version of poker where a player can bet any amount of chip up to the amount in
front of them Nuts - The best possible hand any player can have given the
composition of the board Nut Player - A very tight player who plays only the
best hands
