BETTING
Betting In a $1/$2 dollar game for example: the first two betting rounds bets and raises are at the lower limit of $1. Last 2 rounds bets and raises are at the higher limit of $2.
During each individual betting round there are a maxim of four bets one player can make. This would be a bet, a raise, a re-raise, and a cap. The cap is the final raise a player can make.
